Every S. Marie Coffee order is roasted to order. Your coffee isn't sitting pre-roasted on a warehouse shelf waiting to be shipped — roasting begins after your order is placed so it can arrive at its peak flavor.

Processing & Shipping

Please allow 3–5 business days for your coffee to be roasted, prepared, and shipped. During holidays and other high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, delivery generally takes an additional 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and destination of the order.

Tracking

Once your order is prepared for shipment, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your coffee on its way to you.

Please note that tracking may temporarily show “pre-shipment” while your freshly roasted order is awaiting carrier pickup.

Expedited Shipping

Because every order is roasted fresh after it is placed, expedited shipping is not currently available.

International Orders

International shipping is available. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that international delivery cannot be guaranteed and international orders are non-refundable once shipped.
